Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We work hard to ship gifts as quickly as possible! Most gifts are processed the same day or next business day. Delivery estimates can be seen at checkout.

Can you ship my gift on a specific date?
Absolutely! If you’re planning ahead for a later date, you can purchase your gift and let us know what date you would like it shipped in the checkout notes. We’ll make it and hold it until then!
When will my gift be delivered?
Gifts are shipped from our Kitchener-Waterloo location via Canada Post. Gifts usually arrive to destinations in Ontario within 1-3 business days, Quebec within 2-4 business days and 6-8 business days for other provinces. These are rough estimates as Canada Post does not guarantee delivery dates.

Please note, Canada Post only delivers on weekdays.

Do you hand deliver?
Yes! We hand deliver gifts in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge for a flat fee of $10. Please select this option during checkout.
Where do you ship?
Clover and Stone Gift Co. ships across Canada!

Packaging

How will my gift be packaged?
All of our ready-to-ship gifts come in a beautiful keepsake box, with crinkle paper and tied with satin ribbon.

We also offer complementary notecards with a handwritten message so you can personalize your gift and make it even more special. We have a range of fun designs to choose from, so you can find the perfect one for any occasion.

Can I include a note in my gift?

Will the gift be delivered with a receipt or pricing?
No, we never include any pricing in our gifts.

Can you help my business send a large number of custom gifts to corporate clients, partners, or employees?
We sure can. Fill out our inquiry form on our Custom Gifting page and let us know exactly what kind of gifts you are looking for and when you need them. We will work with you to design and make custom gifts perfect for the occasion.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my gift?
We want to make sure every gift you send is a special and unforgettable experience! While we do not currently offer returns or exchanges, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. We carefully handpick and wrap every gift to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and thoughtfulness. However, we understand that issues may arise from time to time.
